Payment Methods

Credit Cards

We currently accept American Express®, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is complete. When the order is shipped, the payment is processed.

Debit Cards

The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution. Holds are usually taken off within 3 - 5 business days. Policies differ from bank to bank. Call your financial institution for more details.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders ship Monday through Friday from Santa Fe Springs, California. Processing takes 1-3 days for standard shipments.  Free standard shipping on all orders $30.00 or more!

*We currently do not offer International shipping at this time.   

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

 

Cancelling Orders

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and sent out from our warehouse for fulfillment. For further assistance, please contact customer service at support@sorbusbeauty.com.

 

Return Policy

Our customers are important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

    Conditions

    • Returns are only valid within 30 days of order receipt.
    • All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition.
    • Items in the SALE category are final sale and not eligible for returns.
    • Return shipping is at customer's expense; choose a carrier and keep the tracking number for your records.
    • Sorbus is not liable for returned items that are lost or stolen during the shipping process. Please resolve with carrier.
    • All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
    • Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
    • We do not price match with dealers or competitors.

    How to Return

    Return must first be approved from Sorbus, part of the GGI International brands and companies. Please note, we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances.

    1. To request a return, please email support@sorbusbeauty.com with “Website Return” in the subject line. Please include the following in your email:

    • Original order number.
    • Item number(s) to be returned.
    • Reason for return.

    2. If approved, customer support will provide you with a return shipping address.

    3. Mail the unused product via your preferred shipping speed within 30 days of receipt and provide the return tracking number to customer support.

    Once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be applied. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days of returning your package back to the shipper/warehouse. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

    Replacements/Part Request 

    We will do our best to ensure all items leave in perfect condition and as ordered, however if damaged during transit or if there is an issue with your order please notify us within 7 days upon delivery. Please hold onto ALL PACKAGING until the issue is resolved.  

    To request a replacement or missing part, please email support@sorbusbeauty.com with “Replacement” in the subject line. Please include the following in your email request:

    • Original order number.
    • Photo(s) of the damage(s) or concern.
    • Description of the issue.
